Mullvad check page isn’t loaded when opened in a custom location container

VPN version:

• 2.9.0 (2.9.0~rc84-focal1);

MAC version:

• 8.0.7;

Affected devices:

• All;

Prerequisites:

• Have a container set with a custom location and one with custom proxy server;

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open 2 new tabs, one for each container;
2. Access the https://mullvad.net/en/check/ in both tabs;
3. Observe the behavior;

Expected result:

• Mullvad check page is successfully loaded and the custom location is displayed;

Actual result:

• The page stays in loading for ~1-2 min, and then the “AxiosError: Network Error” message error is displayed;

Additional notes:

• See the attached screen record;

• The check page is successfully loaded for a tab with container that does not have set a custom location;

• Internet is working on both containers and correct IP is displayed;

Verified this on Mozilla VPN 2.21 and MAC extension 8.1.3 and the issue is no longer reproducible. Mullvad check page is now loading when opened in a custom location container. Attaching postfix ss.
