I can help to provide an estimate for this, but I’d first need to see the work in question. I can’t seem to comment in the linked issue either. Can you help?

Alex, note that this one is a stretch goal for us for our 2.10 release, and we don’t yet have any VPN engineers assigned to the work. It would be lower priority than the other items we’ve asked for.

Does the bedrock work here have a dependency here on the 2.10 release? If so, can you please make clear what that dependency is? Thanks

Betty Fleming The page design is not ready to move to development. When we met with UX to go over the current designs, there was feedback around improvements and iterations that can be made to the flow. This includes:

• Keeping the download page focused on only downloading the product. Do not introduce other possible distractions at this stage
• after a user downloads a desktop client (mac/windows/linux), we can show a post-download page that contains illustrations/faq/SUMO that is meant to help the user install the binary that they just downloaded.

Once we get closer to a final design and content, I can resource and provide an estimate. If design resources are not available from product, let me know as well. Right now my team is pretty booked through september.

Dan Brown Wanted to check in with you on this. I know you are giving us a hand with the VPN website modifications for the bundle despite the general halt on the Marketing side. Can we also get your support on the implementation of these improvements to the VPN Download page?
