[l10n] “Take Survey” banner changes dimensions

Platforms:

• Android 10;

Prerequisites:

• Have the VPN app installed and opened;
• Be on the activation screen;

Steps to reproduce:

1. Change the language to Swedish;
2. In activation screen observe the “Take Survey” banner;
3. Close the banner;
4. Observe the size of the same banner while displayed for the second time;

Expected results:

• Size does not change.

Actual results:

• Size of the banner changes.

Notes:

• This is not reproducible for English;
• I am not sure if this could happen for real users, as this type o banner is not displayed;
