Tooltip delay for “Leave tutorial” button is causing UI issues

Affected versions:

• Mozilla VPN 2.9.0 (2.202206210019);

Tested Platforms:

• MacOS 11.6;

• Windows 10;

Prerequisites:

• Have a FXA account with an active subscription for Mozilla VPN;

• Have Mozilla VPN app installed and open;

• Be signed in;

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Settings - VPN tips and tricks screen;
2. Start the “Getting started with VPN” tutorial;
3. Hover over the “x” button from the banner and then move the cursor away;
4. Click on the “x” button from the banner, before the tooltip is displayed;
5. Observe the “Leave tutorial” modal displayed;

Expected result:

• The “Leave tutorial” modal is correctly displayed, without UI issues;

Actual result:

• The “Leave tutorial” tooltip is displayed with delay, over the “Leave tutorial” modal;

Notes:

• Reproducible for the “Connect VPN on startup” tutorial as well;

• See the attached video;

Verified this on Mozilla VPN 2.9.0 (2.202206290521), while on MacOS and I am still able to reproduce this issue. Reopening this issue.
