Potentially intermittent bug on tst_reconnectionBackoffIsResetOnSuccessfullConnection() test
Still unclear if this was a one-off or if is actually an intermittent failure.
I saw a test failure for this test on a CI run, specfically on MacOS. Weirdly the logs showed that the test ran correctly, however the assertion failed. Need to keep an eye on this for a while.

On this line ( https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/mozilla-vpn-client/runs/6797154097?check_suite_focus=true#step:9:2704 ) it says the interval is 5, which is the expected and correct value. It’s unclear why the assertion still fails in that case.

Actually have not seen this happen anymore, so maybe the linked one either was not up do date or wsa a one-off. Will reopen if I see it happen again.
