Idea: WASM as tool for Support / WASM in SUMO

@oskirby and @bakulf brought this idea up in the 2/15 design check-in meeting and I am filing this placeholder issue to make sure we don't forget about it because it's great: After the post-sale onboarding tutorial functionality is in place, could we expose these tutorials in the WASM viewer and could the WASM viewer then double as a tool for support.

Additional thoughts (needs refinement, just riffing):

• Could we create a web component that is easily consumed by SUMO infrastructure which would allow SUMO authors to easily insert a WASM viewer into a SUMO page (iframe? custom el?)
• provide mechanism to stipulate, or choose dynamically via some UI, which tutorial to show?
• Could we allow dynamic toggling between platforms (in the cases where some feature is available on one platform, but not another) and toggle the viewer dimensions to reflect changes between mobile and desktop?
