Mozilla VPN can't be installed on Windows Aarch64

Describe the bug The Mozilla VPN can't be installed.

VPN version: 2.26.0

Affected Platforms: Windows on Aarch64

Additional notes: macOS on x86 and Aarch64 is supported, Windows only on x86. Is there a reason not to support Windows on Aarch64?
