Introduce onboarding screen 2

In order to help increase new user retention we want to promote the set to default action.

When users select "Get started" on onboarding screen 1(https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/focus-ios/issues/3388) this new onboarding screen appears
Copy and visuals are per UX on https://www.figma.com/file/ahqwL3sByHprH2Rru9R58b/Onboarding?node-id=3775%3A5493
Selecting "Set as default browser" brings the OS set to default UI where the user can select to set Focus as default browser.
Selecting the cross or "Skip" will close onboarding but CFRs will still apply
Event telemetry informs of user engagement with the "Set to default" button, the "Skip" button or the cross button
Exposure of this onboarding screen can be toggled through Nimbus to facilitate experiments
