The wordmark should be centered on the app home screen

The wordmark (Firefox Focus) should be centered vertically on the app home screen when the row of shortcuts is visible. I think right it is simply centered according to the full height of the screen, not taking the shortcuts area into account.

Oh now that I look at this screenshot again - I don't know if this is a valid bug. In this case the shortcuts appear in the suggestions UI which really sits on top of the background. So I am not actually sure if anything should move around.

@st3fan If we include and consider Shortcuts as a part of the New Tab Page whether the keyboard is up or down, we can then pin them permanently to the top and take its height into consideration.

Hopefully this makes vertically centering the address bar easier.
