Add ability to pin directly from website

Why/User Benefit/User Problem

As an FFTV user, I want the ability to pin a site while I'm looking at it, as it's not immediately obvious to click the menu (3 lines) button to open the overlay and pin from there

Acceptance Criteria (how do I know when I’m done?)

• There is a visible option to pin a website while viewing it
