[a11y] Home channel titles and descriptions are not read when entering channel sections

Steps to reproduce

• Enable voiceview
• On homescreen, scroll to into a channel (e.g. Pocket, pinned tiles)

Expected behavior

Channel title and description (e.g. Pocket channel) are read before the tile content: "Pocket Recommends. Fascinating videos to fuel your mind, curated by Pocket. Vox, How to build a dinosaur, 3 of 5"

Actual behavior

Only the video content is read: "Vox, How to build a dinosaur, 3 of 5". This is especially confusing for the TV guide where, without titles, users will not know what separates the channel with CNN ("News & Politics") from the one with NBC Sports ("Sports").

This affects all channels: please fix them all
