White flash when backing out of "send usage data" or "clear data"

Steps to reproduce

• From the home screen
• Select "Send usage data" card
• Press the back button

Expected behavior

• Returns to home screen

Actual behavior

• Flashes white before returning to home screen

• Fire TV device: 4k Stick
• Latest affected Firefox version: 1b30c062b17c165f2ab3b59ab35415f34453e7a2 (current master)
