Steps to reproduce

1. Disable host-summarizer-feature flag
2. Launch firefox iOS
3. Go to Settings.

Expected behavior

iOS 18: No "Page Summaries" from the settings

Actual behavior

iOS 26: "Page Summaries" exists on the settings:
