[iPad] New tab set as blank/ FF home - the keyboard is not raised when opening from widget or launch

Steps to reproduce

1. Make sure that blank is set as new tab from FF settings.
2. Close F. Open FF.
3. Observe keyboard behavior.
4. Close FF, install FF shortcuts widget. Tap on Search in FF.

Expected behavior

FF is launched. A new blank tab is opened in FF.

The keyboard is raised up.

Actual behavior

A new blank tab is opened.

The keyboard is NOT raised up.

Device & build information

• Device: iPad Mini A17 pro (iOS 26)
• Build version: v146.1 (65628)
• First seen version: ?

Note: Same behavior when setting up new tab as FF home.
