[iPhone] New tab set as blank - the keyboard is not raised when opening new tab from tab tray

Steps to reproduce

1. Make sure that blank is set as new tab from FF settings.
2. Open tab tray and tap on +.
3. Observe

Expected behavior

A new blank tab is opened.

The keyboard is raised up.

Actual behavior

A new blank tab is opened.

The keyboard is NOT raised up.
