[iPad] - The tabs in the toolbar tabs list flicker

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open multiple tabs so to have a list.
  2. Tap on + button to add a new one.
  3. Observe the favicons from the tab list.
  4. Repeat step 1 and let the app go idle and reopen. Observe the favicons from the tab list.

Expected behavior

The favicons don’t flicker.

Actual behavior

The favicons flicker.
