[iOS Translations] [Intermittent] - Translation icon disappears when navigating back-fwd

Prerequisites

Have French (or Spanish, German, Japanese, Portuguese) set on the device.

Have Translations experiment enabled.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open FF and access a webpage (e.g. cnn.com, bbc.com )
2. Access some deeplinks, translate one of them.
3. Tap back-fwd on the nav bar.
4. Observe translations icon.

Expected behavior

The translations icon is displayed for eveey page.

Actual behavior

The translations icon is not displayed for every page.
