Firefox suggests entries from browsing history even after history has been cleared if the specific suggestion is bookmarked

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Visit a website that is not suggested
  2. Bookmark the website
  3. Go to Settings → Data management → Clear Browsing History, select "Everything," and confirm the action.
  4. Open a new tab and start typing a previously visited URL in the address bar.

Expected result: No history suggestions should appear from previously visited sites since the browsing history was cleared. only the bookmark suggestions could be displayed (with the blue star)

Actual result: The history suggestions is still displayed
