Update unit test for TestHistory to reflect latest changes and add new test

Many test in TestHistory has been flaky lately, resulting in skipping or removing the test.

After the updates in https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/FXIOS-10808 we should update unit test for TestHistory and look to add back similar test that were removed because they were flaky (if possible)
