[UI Tests] Enable felt privacy search tests now we have feature flags UI integration

Add UI Tests back when felt privay simplified UI feature flag is enabled or when we support feature flags for tests

For the tests testPrivateModeSearchSuggestsOnOffAndGeneralSearchSuggestsOn and testPrivateModeSearchSuggestsOnOffAndGeneralSearchSuggestsOff
