Black screen when requesting desktop site on cnn.com

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to cnn.com
2. Tap the page menu and select Request Desktop Site.
3. Observe the screen behavior.

Actual Result A black screen covers the entire interface. User is unable to interact with the browser unless they tap the screen to close the “hidden” video

Expected Result The desktop version of the site should load properly

Here are my findings after investigating:

• Is only reproducible if allow audio and video is enabled in Browsing > Media. It is not reproducible if Block Audio or Block Audio and Video are selected.
• If I disable (by code) mediaTypesRequiringUserActionForPlayback and we don’t add to the configuration is not reproducible either. I was able to reproduce back to 137 so it seems related to the mediaTypesRequiringUserActionForPlayback Next step: Investigate why video playback is showing black screen

Verified fixed on v9000(58624), with iPhone 11(18.5).
