Unexpected grey loading bar appears when refreshing a blank new tab

Open data-sync-user opened this issue 7 months ago • 2 comments

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the app
  2. Go to Settings and set New Tab to Blank Page
  3. Create a new tab
  4. Either:

#* Pull to refresh the blank page, or #* Force close the app and reopen it

Actual Result:

  • A grey horizontal scroll bar appears
  • The URL bar is hidden

Expected Result:

  • Either nothing should happen, or we should remove pull-to-refresh from the blank page
  • The URL bar should always be present on this screen

Notes

  • If the issue doesn’t reproduce right away, try restarting Firefox after setting the New Tab to Blank Page, then repeat the steps.
