Steps to reproduce

Scenario 1

  1. Go to private browsing.
  2. Open a tab, then tap on the + button.
  3. Observe.

Sceario 2

  1. Go to private browsing homepage.
  2. Tap on the url bar to activate the keyboard.
  3. Dismiss the keyboard.
  4. Observe

Actual Result:

A weird white animation is displayed.

Expected Result:

No weird animation is displayed.
