[Toolbar redesign] The hamburger menu is not displayed in landscape mode

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch FF and rotate the device in landscape mode.
2. Observe the toolbar.

Expected behavior

The hamburger menu should be displayed in landscape mode.

Actual behavior

The hamburger menu is not displayed in landscape mode.

• Device: iPhone 15 Pro (17.5.1).
• Build version: v9000 (44111)

The issue still reproduces for some devices.

• Not able to reproduce the issue using the following devices:

  • iPhone 14+ (16.0.3)
  • iPhone 15+ (17.5.1)
  • iPad Pro 4th gen (17.2)
  • iPad Air 3rd gen (17.5)
  • iPad Pro (16.4.1)
  • iPhone 14 Pro Max (16.2)
  • iPhone 12 Pro Max (16.1.2)

• The issue reproduces for the following devices

  • iPhone 15 (17.5)
  • iPhone SE (17.5.1)
  • iPhone 15 Pro (17.5.1)
  • iPhone 14 (17.4.1)
  • iPhone 13 Pro Max (15.7.1)
