Add configuration to toolbar button to render text inside image

The tabs button displays the current number of tabs inside. The text (number of tabs) to be rendered has to be added to the ToolbarElement as optional. The text should be displayed if present inside the button. Consider creating a subclass of ToolbarButton for this (see TabsButton in Client).

Verified as fixed using v9000 (44546) and iPhone 15+ (17.5.1) and iPad Pro 4th Gen (7.2).
