ShareTo Extension UI Is Not Styled Consistently

Steps to reproduce

1. Switch to dark mode in the system
2. Launch Safari
3. Tap on the share icon in Safari
4. Tap on Firefox in the ShareTo extension
5. Tap on Send to Device link the ShareTo extension
6. Tap on one of the devices in the list

Expected behavior

Styling of the Send Tab screen should be consistent with the Firefox theme and with the first ShareTo screen.

Actual behavior

1. The device list background is black instead of the dark grey from the Firefox theme
2. The device list icon, text, and checkmark are styled in white color instead of the light grey from the Firefox theme
3. There is very little padding between the icon and the left edge of the modal which is inconsitent with the menu list from the first extension screen
4. There are row separators in the device list which is inconsistent with the menu list from the first extension screen. Also the separators do not go all the way across the screen and under the device icon like in the first row that says "Available devices:"
