`Open Tabs` view doesn’t focus a current tab thumbnail that’s `below the fold`

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch FF and open more tabs 6+
2. Open one by a few more tabs.
3. After each opened tab, open the tabs tray.
   1. Expected behavior The current tab's thumbnail should be focused in the tabs tray section.
   2. Actual behavior The current tab thumbnail is not focused when opening the tabs tray.
   3. Device & build information

• Device: iPhone 13 Pro (15.7.1).
• Build version: 117 (33331).
• First seen version: N/A

Please note that this worked before and it was fixed here https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/firefox-ios/issues/13158 as the issue was already verified and closed by me, I opened a new one.

Validated as fixed using v9000 (41668) using iPhone 15+ (17.4.1) and iPad Pro 4th Gen (17.2).

Re-opening as I was able to repro it on v132 (46361) with iPhone 15 Pro (17.5).
