Add debug option for breach alerts
Related to https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/firefox-ios/issues/12824
It’s cumbersome to test the breach alerts, let’s add a debug option to make it easier to test.
Acceptance criteria
If the debug option is triggered (under the hidden menu, accessible by clicking the version in the settings 5 times), for any passwords in LoginList then BreachAlertsManager will have mock breach alerts.
