Run UI/intgeration tests on CI on each PR

Why/User Benefit/User Problem

We rely on UI/integration tests to ensure large parts of our functionality is working properly. Currently, we rely on these being run locally by developers which is erroneous, making it hard to trust and leverage the tests: we should run these on each PR.

What / Requirements

  • UI/integration tests are running on each PR submission

Acceptance Criteria (how do I know when I’m done?)

Triage: via email, QA said they can get to this in a few weeks but it's not a high priority atm. We're okay this with:

  • Small team
  • Small number of tests
