Add trigger for dummy crash error to verify Sentry integration working

Why/User Benefit/User Problem

We need a way to trigger a Sentry error (without crashing the app) to test that the Sentry integration is working. If the Sentry integration would stop working due to code change, token expiry, etc. we'd need to know to prevent data loss.

What / Requirements

@boek suggested we might be able to have something like tapping the Focus logo 5x would trigger a dummy error (i.e. in Nightly builds). the user wouldn't see any indication that was in place.

Acceptance Criteria (how do I know when I’m done?)

Activiting this feature would push a dummy error to the Sentry service
