Homescreen text should react to the current wallpaper

When a wallpaper is set, the link text on the home screen should change to use the current theme. This can be the system default theme or can be a user-selected override in the Fenix settings. The design shows this more clearly: without a wallpaper the link text is colored as a link, but with the wallpaper set the link color is the same as the header.
