Sync over WiFi setting

Should there be a setting that only syncs logins over WiFi?

@joeyg I think that is a great suggestion. We'll want to consider improvements like this if/when we get user feedback that indicate concerns around cell data consumption.

Right now we're seeing enough hang up in getting the first sync through, we don't want to create a new condition. We need to first get the app to a stable condition. I'm going to label this as P3.
