Authentication with code not working

Upon trying to login to lockwise - not sure why I got logged out in the first place - I was unable to see the beginning of the textfield - which made it impossible to past the code I got. On my second attempt the code was missing from the email.

When I tried again a few hours later, I got a link to confirm instead of a code - so I wasn't able to test how to reproduce the issue.
