Allow importing passwords from other sources

Why/User Benefit/User Problem

I have used LastPass for years. I have hundreds of passwords in there, and no easy way to get them into lockwise/lockbox.

Acceptance Criteria (how do I know when I’m done?)

When you can import the cab exported from LastPass.

Is this being worked on? It's been a while and even though Mozilla may be aiming at the non tech savvy userbase that probably doesn't use a PW manager right now, importing/exporting passwords is a pretty basic feature.
