Add a title/notes/comments field

Why/User Benefit/User Problem

You have multiple logins for a website. The website controls login IDs, there's no way to change them. Maybe they're numeric.

Right now you can only store URL / login / password. So when you have to select the account, you only see a bunch of gibberish:

Quick, which one is my main account?

Acceptance Criteria (how do I know when I’m done?)

On Android, but not only, you have a simple text field where you can add this info. Call it "Title", "Notes", "Comments", just make it available.

All the password managers I've seen allow this.
