Working through this effort with Cherry and team... she will be providing us with a research brief shortly to formally document the efforts around our first phase... Will provide that here once we receive it.

@sandysage I recommend that we create a product initiative around market research and positioning, where this is the first completed issue associated with it.

Pending the findings of the first study, we can then create additional tasks for the initiative to complete.
