Collapse parts of the log

Is it possible to collapse parts of the log output?

The logs I'm looking to view / stream with this contain a lot of junk data unfortunately, and I was hoping to be able to collapse it.

Basically what I'm aiming for is something like:

1 | a relevant log line
[+]
6 | a relevant log line
[+]
8 | another relevant log line

So if line 2 is collapsed, and line 3 should be collapsed, it gets lumped in with line 2:s group.
