codetribute Contributing link is broken

HELLO FRIENDS. I am an outreachy applicant, i visited the site below to look for some contributions https://github.com/mozilla-frontend-infra/codetribute.

and i clicked this link "This project welcomes contributors. If you are interested, please feel free to join the mailing list" on the same page but it brought 404 page not found.

i used firefox and chrome.
