How can the wording at https://addons.mozilla.org/addon/first-party-isolation/ be enhanced, for users to understand that enabling first party isolation **disables** a type of first party isolation? Related: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1638383#c9

when i disable FPI, ie bowl is red, then quit firefox, FPI is On again, ie bowl is white, when firefox is run again. Is this normal ?

Looks like dFPI might set cookieConfig to 5 and make us unable to re-enable FPI once it has been disabled. I suppose we'll either need to store the current cookieConfig...
