WIP [Feature] Add access to resource.subscribers in the client

What

This PR adds the functionality of getting

Why

Because the subscribers are managed natively by Movex, and it offers an easy way for the client to work with subscribed users, like players in a game or active participants in a chat, without having to manually dispatch actions for that.
