SonarLint locks source files for long periods of time

Since the update to 3.3.1 (maybe 3.3.0) we have a big problem. SonarLint (Eclipse) seems to lock source files for long periods of time. A simple example to reproduce this...

Since 3.3.0 (i think, not 100% sure) i get this error in the sonarlint console sometimes. Still there with 3.3.1. I happens when i save the file, i have analysis...
