Constraint extent for WhirlyGlobeViewController

Currently there is no setViewExtentsLL method defined in WhirlyGlobeViewController, I know it sounds a bit strange for a globe component, but It'd be useful in some cases.

What is the status of this? Do you need some help here?

I agree it would be useful. I don't have any short term need for it myself, though, so I'm unlikely to get to it any time soon.

By all means, feel free to implement it.
