[Android] Map movement continues after drag stop and getting slipped

I added only a mbtiles layer to mapcontrol same as the tutorial. After running app I noticed that map slips a bit after dragging. So user hardly center the map to a specific position. I recorded a video https://youtu.be/tx6pVUASpqA. First drag is normal one but other movements are faulty.
