I don't think it's likely to solve the problem, and question the feasibility of statically linking PKCS11 provider.
I'm not sure it would be good to revert - for example, I always build documentation (and have `documentation = True` in the global config).

Here's the patch that addressed all of my current issues related to (a) not invoking certain managers or apps (`poetry`, `freshclam`) with `sudo`, and (b) insisting on invocation of `tlmgr`...

Since it's obvious how any why `includes:` _should_ be used - if it's now deprecated or ignored, what field/keyword subsumed the functionality of `includes:`? I can't believe it's just got...
