Feature request: Date and time of specific moonphase

Is it possible to get date and time of specific phase for given coordinates, month and year? The goal is to return exact time when phase is expected (full moon, no moon, first and last quarter). Thnx

Not currently, that'll probably require a brute force binary search like #25
