@mourner At one point I saw a list of all of your projects, but I can't find that link again, that should be added to this PR.

You have done a bunch of great work, in small tight related libraries. The point of this PR is to help people who land here find your other useful work.

Sorry for not merging this way back. I updated the readme to mention KDBush; for geokdbush, I'd like to update it for compatibility with the latest KDBush version before I feel good linking to it.
