StrictHostKeyChecking option

Hello,

I wish to request for a StrictHostKeyChecking option to be available for hosts. The usecase would be in AWS or when virtual machines are only temporary.

An option to be able to disable "StrictHostKeyChecking" would be interresting as the hosts may always exist, but being deleted and created again will change their host fingerprint

I think this would be useful when the target host key are signed by a CA, when the key renewed, I lost the connection to the target host, by now, I can only remove the target host and re-create it to solve the situation. Hope there will be an update for this soon.
