how to run but .. not able to open the chat.html

i have taken git clone of your project . and also i am able to start the go server using - go run command. But how i can run this . means which port . and what will be path in browser

actually i am using vm machine. and there only i have taken git clone of your project . and also i changed the ip and port in chat.html file and also in ws.go

and also i am able to run this . but question is how can i open the chat.html file in browser . if i am simply giving exact path of chat.html file into browser . it coming 404 not found

Please let me know , how can i run this app
