To add new recipe for building component

After realizing that a big mistake that I've made in this generator, rollup might not be needed for just building a shareable component. rollup is useful for when you are using this generator to build a relatively large application. Instead of removing rollup-related stuffs, it might be helpful to add a new recipe for this purpose.
