"X Records" tables appearing occasionally

Sometimes after deploying new version compiled from latest with the new yaml config (probably when also the DB structure changed), we get these "X Records" tables appearing for every table in db (including the hidden ones) - ie. "Users" + "Users Records", "Logs" + "Logs Records", etc.

Restarting the pod again fixes the issue.

Can you please help us with what could be going on in here? This exposes some of the tables which should be hidden to our admin users
